Professional Statement

My goal is to apply the knowledge I've gained from my master's in Instructional Technology to fully engage workplace learners for increased knowledge transfer and optimum instructional results. I have used my prior experiences in workplace training to assimilate and analyze instructional design theories, models, and methods throughout my studies. I have been working toward moving into a full-time instructional design position. My experience, education and self-directed learning with technology allow me to effectively design and develop instruction grounded in strong learning theory and instructional design concepts.
